Shipping policy
These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through the Livorezza (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) online store. They explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, handling timelines, shipping arrangements, and related responsibility notes. All products are sold online only, and no offline sales services are provided.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees And Cost Notes
Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free delivery. Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat delivery fee of 9.99 AUD.
All applicable taxes and any mandatory delivery-related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.
3. Order Cut Off Time
Our daily order handling window is CET 08:00–18:00. Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.
4. Order Handling Time
After an order is confirmed, we typically require 1–3 business days to process the order, verify items, complete packaging, and prepare it for dispatch. Please note that handling time does not include transportation time.
5. Estimated Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated total delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth delivery process.
6. Shipping Carriers
We will arrange an appropriate shipping service depending on the order details. Possible carriers may include:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
The carrier used will be determined based on the actual dispatch arrangement.
7. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information (where applicable). You can visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number used for the order together with the corresponding order number to check the latest order status.
8. Responsibility Statement
Notes regarding possible situations during shipping are as follows:
- If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may be limited depending on the shipment status and carrier policies.
- Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Any delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notes
Please check the parcel condition upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, tampering, or other abnormalities, we recommend taking photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contacting us as soon as possible so we can assist with the next steps.
